Located on a quiet cove in a family neighborhood, this comfortable home is furnished with all the comforts of home and is just a dash away from the water. Large boathouse (one slip available for renters) affords an upper deck for relaxing and sunning and large lower deck provides easy access to shallow water (1 foot) for the little ones but gradually deepens to 5 feet at the end of the boathouse deck with a ladder for easy entry. Enjoy a spacious deck or screened porch at the house and a wonderful yard for picnicking or a game of horseshoes. Kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking and baking needs and all bedrooms have their own TV sets (satellite).
